Great hotel. Same standard as Four Seasons and MO

The property was nice but the prices for things are diffently inflated. Specifically the food.

Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss with children. We got bored of the menu and irritated by the prices compared to port inn size. A plate of meatballs from the kids’ menu arrived as five tiny IKEA quality meatballs with no pasta. Pasta was an extra charge. Incredible! I would recommend hiring a car so you can explore and eat out easily. There is a good (free) hotel shuttle but only two return trips a day. Local taxis difficult to get and hotel taxis expensive. Concierge were very helpful however.

Great service and hospitality. Good selection of restaurants with live music on most nights. Rooms are spacious and we were given an upgrade, - thanks. Breakfast selection and service is fantastic.

Great hotel

Beautiful suites with attention to detail, very well maintained. Staff were excellent from front desk to house keeping, polite, courteous & very professional. We couldn’t have asked for better experience on our first visit to Morocco. I would certainely say we will be back for longer next time. It was everything we could wish for a more. Thank you to all the Fairmont staff, you were fantastic!!

Had a great time with kids over October half term break! Lots of nice facilities, very comfortable rooms.
