The hostess was excellent, breakfast was superb, i am disabled and nothing was too much trouble, the room was very spacious and very clean and tidy . We would have no problem booking here again. 5stars all around.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, clean, smart and conveniently situated, super breakfasts and Hana and Steve were very attentive and helpful.......Excellent.

Good clean accommodation at reasonable price and very friendly propriotress only too willing to help. Top rate breakfast all freshly cooked. Rail station and bus stop five minute walk with connections to Ryde and other places.

Hana & Steve are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble & their house is incredibly clean & well presented. Highly recommended for your stay in the Isle of Wight. My daughter & I had a few days there after the festival and I doubt if you'd be made any more welcome at any other place on the isle. Many thanks, we'll definitely see you again.

The hosts are lovely Hannah and Steve very welcoming the food was excellent and the place was great and are room was very nice would recommend anybody to stay there will go back again in the near future thank you for a lovely stay Hannah 😘

A short but excellent stay at Brooke House. Very welcoming and the focus is on the guests' comfort. The room was spacious with very good en-suite facilities. The breakfasts were great. Would definitely recommend Brooke House.

Very clean, well appointed and owners very obliging on all matters.

I had my own door at the side and the room was very comfortable. I loved the beach touches with prints on the wall and ornaments of wood. Breakfast was healthy and host Hannah was charming.

We had a great time on the isle of white. The accommodation was excellent and hana was amazing. When we go back will definitely stay here again. Felt very homely and were made very welcome

Everything was excellent.Hana and Steve were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.We were a group of 6 people,and because of covid19 the lounge had been set out as a dining room for our party,so we were social distanced from other guests.The rooms were spotless,everywhere had hand sanitizer supplied.The food was good.We had our evening meal at Brooke House every evening as with the covid19 pandemic we felt it safer to have our meals there.We were not disappointed the meals were without a doubt first class,Hana and Steve were very good with accommodating everyone of us and making sure we were all happy with the menu.Hana even went out of her way to book us in to several venues as again with covid 19 some places like the zoo and Carisbrooke Castle were bookings only,so we couldn’t book too far in front as we wanted to know what the weather was going to be like.Well done Hana and Steve at Brooke House we will return.

Very friendly and comfortable place. Ideal location in Shanklin for travelling around. 2 mins from Bus or train station.

I can honestly say that it was one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in , welcoming , freindly , clean , overall l couldn't fault it.

As good as b&b gets don't hesitate.

Friendly greeting on arrival. Lovely and tasty breakfasts and evening meals. Very tastefully decorated, modern and clean.
