Great stay!! Great place!!

Wifi was slow and relatively less reliable, some days, I have to used my Hotspot. Breakfast needs some varieties, only 2 menu: eggs and burger

Unfortunately we stayed at the hotel while it was under construction for renovations which is why I gave it 2/3 stars. The site did not state it was under construction when I booked the room. The room was very nice, but it was quite the ordeal getting into a room. At the first room there were construction materials around such as a caulking gun and paint supplies outside the door and the key didn't work at first. I then tried to go down the stairs to their temporary front desk, only to find the doors were locked once I was down on ground level because of the construction. I had to run back up to the 3rd floor to use the elevator to go down to the front desk. Once I got the keys to the room and went up the the 4th floor the room door was jammed shut, handle was loose and I could not open the door to get into our room. I went back down and they gave me another room which was very nice and clean. The breakfast was not great, they had only one worker (who looked like she was having a panic attack and completely overwhelmed) filling the food but it went empty for quite awhile. I felt sorry for her and finished putting away the yoghurt in the small fridge that she forgot to put away after being distracted by a customer wanting more coffee. I am sure they tried their best while not under great circumstances with the renovations, however this was my first experience and more than likely my last experience with this hotel.

It was a whole lot of difference between the Staybridge suites that we are used too. We’ve visited the one in Saskatoon more than twice but I don’t know if this is just because of the renovation.. I feel they can still do better with breakfast even if they are renovating. Rooms are ok but a bit more variety with breakfast during this renovation would go a long way. We have booked accommodation for this June too which we wouldn’t want to cancel

We’ve enjoyed this property for many years and will continue to stay here during future Edmonton visits. Now, despite extensive renovations, the staff continue to offer exceptional hospitality and excellent service. Thank you, see you again soon!

The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends

They are undergoing construction (temporary lobby and fitness room closed). Pool was open. The wifi wasn't working during our stay. Rooms were decent (ours had a bit of an odd smell) but family that stayed in nearby rooms were good! Staff is SO nice and efficient!

Facilities were wonderful.The breakfast was well stocked and much appreciated. Kids loved the pool. Close to all amenities. Highly recommend.

Stayed 3 nights on Mother’s Day weekend. Solo traveller in city to visit my sons. Hotel was renovating the main entrance so I had to go in through a small side door. Not too big a deal. Not handy with lots of bags. Pool looked ok when walking by it and the fitness room was closed during renovation but I wouldn’t have used either one. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suite was nicely appointed and had a great layout. Clean. Lots of great pillows of different degrees of softness. Smooth sheets and comfy King bed. Loved the walk-in shower and bathroom layout with the sink separate. A/C noisy. Bright windows that opened a bit for fresh air was great. Kitchen in suite was handy and well thought out. Nice big fridge and microwave. Didn’t stay long enough to use dishwasher. Towels very scratchy and terrible. These could definitely use an upgrade! Had breakfast 2 of the 3 mornings. Not good at all. The hot items were barely lukewarm. Coffee was decent though. If I needed a full suite again, maybe would consider staying, but the poor breakfast and awful towels probably mean I would look elsewhere. Not a good deal after all. Handy location for where I needed to be this trip.

Some reno's going on so there is no fitness room available. Other than that it was great.

Even during renovations the staff was most professional and so nice. I felt very welcome. The facilities were most accommodating.

The room we stayed in was renovated and it looked nice and clean. However few things like base trim missing and closet doors off the track could be fixed to make it even better. We had the suite room #403, it was large, good comfortable bed, sofa bed not bad, kitchen stocked with all you need to cook. The view was lacking, industrial. The hotel is under renovation currently, the review is based on being under renovation, perhaps once its done it will be better? The breakfast although included was not great, warm pre made waffles, premade breakfast sandwitches and hashbrowns, we found them cold and not super tasty. Also, currently limited seating and had to bring the breakfast to your room due to renos. The reception area is temporary set up in a small room ...i mean it's workable, is it inviting? Not right now. Pool is decent, location is covenient but not beautiful. Staff was great, room service by request. What i would change...well the hotel is still being renovated so can not comment on the look of things, parts of hallways still have old carpet, maybe that will be changed? I would definitelly follow up on the finish details as mentioned above, add full size mirror would be nice and improve beakfast offering. Overall we were happy with the stay, but to us only average hotel. Thank you to the staff they were great.

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful! We had a small issue with our shower drain and they upgraded our room. The breakfast was one of the best of all the Edmonton hotels. They have a lovely laundry room where you can use the machines for free! Our rooms were very clean and so was the hotel. They had apps and socializing Monday Tuesday and Wednesday evening thst me and my boys loved. All the appetizers were delicious! Plus I got 2 free beers each night. It was a fabulous staff. We will definitely be back!
