Great place to spend just a weekend; it is tranquil and safe. Services could be better. I can't understand how the restaurant and the bar are opposite the pool area. It doesn't make ant sense.

We arrived and checked in. I was led to believe by Expedia that the hotel was in/near Tequisquiapan, however it was nearly 1/2 hr away. It was beside a busy highway and across the street from a mall, not the quiet resort I expected. There was a large wedding going on and the 12 piece mariachi band played in front of our window. Music from the wedding reception room played. The staff were cordial but unsympathetic. We checked out less than 1/2 hr later and no refund was offered.

Staff is very nice. Quiet and very peaceful. Very clean and nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Hermoso lugar y la comida deliciosa, sin embargo al llegar e irnos únicamente había una sola persona en recepción y el tiempo de espera se me hizo demasiado. Creo que eso opaca un poco lo bonito de la experiencia y se solucionaría muy fácil poniendo a otra persona en recepción (o incluso si hay, no están al pendiebte)

The only issue was the rudeness was from the person at the reception desk. He provided nothing in regards to hotel information (wifi, location of things etc) and was very unwelcoming. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, and the pool area was under construction but still useable.

Todo excelente, excepto la parte de la cocina. Los meseros excelentes pero se me hizo muy caro el pan. Por ejemplo en el desayuno ya el pan de chocolate estaba del tamaño del dedo pequeño de la mano. Y por eso cobrarme 40 pesos! A quien se le ocurrió. El año pasado yo podía comerme 2 panes y ahora solo uno. No había bisquets. Pero no sé antes me llevaba de regreso, porque vivo en México, bisquets y panque. Ahorita ya ni eso. No podía verlos, el pan y todo demasiado caro. Ya se que la cosa no está fácil pero creo que están exagerando

Las instalaciones están OK, las habitaciones están limpias, el personal muy atento y amable, la comida del restaurante es muy rica y a precios muy accesibles, el único pero fue que hay nula atención en la alberca, tuvimos que ir a la habitación marcar a recepción y solicitar que alguien fuera a la alberca para ordenar unas bebidas, se tardaron más de 1 hora en ir, nos llevaron las bebidas y nunca nadie se volvió a aparecer, de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excelente, solo si recomendaría dar mayor atención en la alberca.

Habitación limpia y cómoda

Llegué a las 3:00 pm a realizar mi check in , me asignaron mi habitación, al presentarme en está, aún no estaba limpia, no la habían aseado, me retire por qué tenía cosas que hacer, cuando regrese todo estaba perfectamente bien, fue lo único.
