Great for long stays, especially for the price.

Adequate student accommodations for a short stay. Needs to have better instructions on where to find it on campus.

We stayed here last weekend. I was really really impressed with our stay. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. And the room was really really really clean. We are we are coming back to Barrie in August and will be looking at booking residence during our two days day in August. Crystal

Everything was great. The check in lady took good care me.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned. We got moved to a second room, which was fine. The location was perfect for what we needed.

It was very easy to access off the highway and close to where we were going!

The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. This one I have to say was the dirties for when I cleaned the night stands and desks. The beds are comfortable and quiet for sleeping which is great.

This is a non serviced apartment in a student hostel. Rooms are very basic with unmaintained wall that has numerous holes in them.

So, this property is a good bet if you're looking for an inexpensive, no-frills room. If you've got to stay for a while, especially, with the kitchenette in some suites, it could be a good fit for you. The most important thing to realize: this is a student residence. Picture a dorm, and you've got a pretty good idea. On the upside .. it's clean, it's convenient to the highway, and the beds are reasonably comfortable. Just be aware that what you're getting is a very basic room. The kitchenette has no 'accessories' except for the few plastic cups that come with the room. The bathroom has a corner stall shower. The big one for me: there is no coffee - or even a coffee maker - in the room. Or even in the building. There are a few places nearby, but you'll be driving before you get to have that first sip.

Great place

As soon as we checked in to our room we checked right back out.. the room was unfit to stay in .. the bathroom was a disaster,their was dirt all over the floors, the wall paper was coming off the walls.. their was people partying in the hall way kids running up and down the hallways.. when we went to check out we asked how to go about getting a refund.. the lady on the counter said that they don’t deal with refunds. So she gave us a business card to her manager we have tryed every form to get a hold of him with no response. Very poor customer service

Two people in a two bedroom unit. Comfortable beds, good shower. Big fridge and a microwave. No utensils. Good a/c. Easy access off the highway. Go to Building with Blue roof.
