The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is not the newest. Toilet had a smell of old piss which was cleaned however it was for so long the pinch of it stays in the air... Breakfast ok. Not terrible not the greatest

All good, very friendly staff especially the staff in the restaurant. Only negative being charged a high price for the conference facility.

I really like the hotel. Staff are very polite, helpfilvand friendly. The hotel is very clean, it is close to the train station. It is by the river and its nice to go out for a walk.

A pleasant hotel in a quiet location but with good transport links into Munich with the station just three minutes walk away. The breakfast (which was included in the price) had a good choice and was tasty.

Overall, very good experience with great service. Also, the ability of the staff to speak english was very nice!

Nice hotel, well laid out and easy to get around. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was well priced. Only problem was very noisy other guests, I spoke to reception in the morning and they said no one else had heard it, although I over heard other people complaining to each other during breakfast so maybe the hotel staff should do a walk around once in a while and have a word with people making noise. Ours was what sounded like someone running a bath at 1am then playing music.

We really like the overall appearance and conditions of the hotel. It was chic, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very kind, and spoke English really well. The breakfast buffet was nicely laid out with so many choices, and the seating area was cozy and comforting. The free parking was a very nice convenience for us as well. We also enjoyed how quiet it was.

Hotel was clean and spacious, with just a 25 minute train trip to Munich. Meals in the restaurant were excellent.

Friendly, helpful staff. Everyone could speak some English. Good food. Ideally placed for S-Bahn into Munich

We spent a week at this hotel where the buffet breakfast was superb as was the serving staff. Our room was large by European standards and well kept by the cleaning crew. We knew there'd be no A/C so the fan provided made 88 degrees bearable. The restaurant was good,the menu rather limited but around the corner is an excellent Italian restaurant. Most of the employees of Hotel Shiller speak some English and we were able to get all of our requests fulfilled with a minimum of confusion.If we had one disappointment it would be that the stated "city view" turned out to be a view of the the hotels roofing, but then the size of the room and bath quickly made up for that.All in all it is a clean hotel, well staffed, close to public transport, which offers good food and friendly service.
