Beautiful suite, lovely bed and bedding, kitchen and bathroom well supplied. I loved the high top counter for eating and working. Although the street could be busy the insulation on the shutters absolutely helped and it always quieted down at night. I never had a problem sleeping. Perfect location to walk to everything. Staff were extremely nice. Heat and AC were appreciated. Extended my stay by one night.

Do not book this suite, the owner is very rude, obnoxious & unreasonable. We were forced to leave the suit after 4 days when the receptionist called 911 & lied to the police about an alledged incident. The police reviewed the video & stated no altercation had taken place, but we were still evicted out onto the street late at night. We had booked for 14 days & received no refund of our remaining money. We had to walk the streets to try & find a new hotel. Definitely not recommended.

I stayed here for two weeks November 13-28 2021, while I went to a nearby Spanish immersion school. The hotel is well located in the historic centro of Puebla, and it's about a seven minute walk to the Zocalo. The rooms are efficient and clean. Mine had a kitchenette. The service is fastidious about cleanliness, which is great. There is a rooftop patio of you want to sit outside above the street noise. There is street noise, as downtown Puebla is noisy at night. Bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper. One downside is the internet service. It slows to a crawl in mornings and evenings. It really needs to be upgraded. Review from Nov 2021, but photos uploaded 2022.

This is a small, almost boutique hotel in the downtown area. There's a kitchen with a stove, utensils, pots, fridge, and microwave...and a small bar seating area, bathroom, and quite a small bedroom, but there's a big bed to maneuver around so it makes it seem small. You get toiletries and a variety of items to use. There's a front desk person 24/7 to monitor the door, since this is a 10 room place it shouldn't be that busy. I managed to get a room facing the street so it got noisy at times due to traffic. My only complaint is that there was no hot water...I never said anything cuz I just dealt with it. This is walking distance to many places, mainly the zocalo and a bunch of places to eat. Other places are a short taxi-uber ride away. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away, but isn't too expensive via uber. There's an OXXO downstairs at the corner. This is a nice place to stay if you care about budget. It's clean, friendly, safe, modern, and comfortable.
