Superb hotel with fantastic staff! Can't wait to come back!

Like an abandoned hotel Any lights are off. No staff speak Thai at all. In the whole hotel, there was only one man who spoke English. It was a very bad experience booking this hotel. We talked to him for about 10 minutes to check in to the room, after 10 minutes we went up to see the room. There is nothing in the room, towels, other water, the pool is not closed, not informed. Is nothing If it's open and there's nothing for you, just turn it off. Waste of money, waste of intention Feel bad The picture is very different from Jing's. After that, check out immediately.

Like deserted, no people to rest, smell musty

Like a deserted hotel, there are no staff members, only men are taking care of them and can't speak Thai so they only have to speak English The facilities in the room are not as stated. The TV could not watch because the signal was cut off. Wi-Fi that says there is no There was no drinking water, so I had to ask for it. Stay 2 nights get 3 bottles of water. The lobby lights were dark. The front of the hotel is completely dark, no lights at all. There are no people (AMLO) for 24 hours as stated. When we went to stay, I didn't see any other customers except us in one room. There is no room cleaning at all because there is no employee. The water flows very lightly, the hot water is not important, the caretaker does not take a shower and change his clothes during the three days that we go to stay. Until the day we check out to see him change clothes What was very shocking was the second morning we stayed, we woke up at six in the morning to go to the beach, but came down from the lobby, completely dark, without turning on the lights. The entrance door to the hotel has a chain to lock the key, the side door is locked, our friend is scared until we faint. We have to call the line to tell the guest in charge to open it, oh, forget to tell the phone in the room that we used to contact, but it cannot be used. It's like a closed hotel, the person he gave me to look after really secretly opened it in our feelings. Because the motorcycle that was delivered said that this hotel was closed, right? Well, there is still water and electricity to use. It was a terrible feeling to stay here.Oh, forget to mention, the room was okay, but it was scary that there were no staff like normal hotels and no other customers except us.

I booked for a superior room and the room was really nice and clean but about service, there are changing hotel owner also all the staffs while in staying there. The first 2 night there was a really good service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful but then the other two nights after they change everything. The staffs are not very nice.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel with okay amenities, this hotel is for you.

Quiet to the nearest tourist destination If you come at night, there is only one staff member, have to wait for a long time. Get a room without windows

We got the loft wing room. Which is located separated from the main building (its look like a motel building) loft wing got pool on the roof top (small pool) room is big but the toilet sometime got some kind of bad smell , I don't know where it come from. So far this hotel near to all the famous location. Just need to walk. Got 7e also.

The hotel was excellent. They have jacuzzi & sauna on the 5th floor and bathtub in the room. Very good facilities within this price. If you have no idea where to go during your stay, they can also help you arrange island trips or car/taxi if you want. Located near the night market and Patong beach so you can just walk. You need to upgrade your room on the spot to get smoking room with balcony (which was not on the selection when I booked). Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Very recommended! PS: you might need to be careful when you going out from the bathtub & jacuzzi as its kinda sharp on the edge. I scratch my leg few times They will ask for 1.000B deposit at front which will be returned when you check out

Stayed here for 5 days. Had an issue with the wifi. Place is clean but wifi could use some work.

Got a great view, but no bath (I also forgot to ask). The breakfast and hospitality is really good !! Very close to Patong Beach and in front of it there is 7Eleven and a Thai food center. There is a jacuzzinya too, very fitting for relaxation after a tired road to the island. Very recommended for those who want to stay at Patong Beach

Hotel was great. Receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, did not expect to get a bath tub for such a cheap room. Room placement was a bit odd.

Really bad service. The deposit was so expensive. Really upset with one of the receptionist (old man). He asked me to pay an unreasonable things. I've never been touch the cushion, and for the first time I came it torn. But when I'm check out he asked me to pay 900 baht. I argued with the truth, but he was very don't care. Actually I booked 5 rooms. One of my friends room doesn't have 2 towels and he borrowed in another friends room. But the receptionist also asked for those towels. And I paid 500 baht. The important thing, my friend watch lost when the cleaning service make up room. I complained about this, but the hotel very don't care. 😕

I came here as romantic vacation, the location is really good, nearest to the supermarket, in front of this hotel there is a Night Market, where you can find all the Thai street food on the market and the ambience was so good. The hotel staff are very nice even some of them don't know how to speak english, but their attitude still really good. But something I don't like, just the mattress not really comfort, rather hard not soft. but when I woke up in the morning, I thought my body will feel sore, but not at all, my body still good :)

The staff at the reception were good, near the beach, but the room was stale and smelly. The smell of cigarette, air conditioner, not cold, breakfast was not much.
