A good all inclusive but nothing special

Great family hotel with an amazing water park which kept our kids entertained (11 & 13 years old). Really good choice of food in the main restaurant. We enjoyed the Meat and Grill and Asian restaurants to break up our week stay. We booked a family room with Garden view but I would book a family room with a private pool if we were to return.

An amazing all inclusive hotel with excelente facilities and great Food. The rooms are nice and clean. It is a very big hotel but you only feel this at meal times. There are many different pools to choose from. The beach is right there with lots of sun beds. The only slight downside is for us it wasnt the best location to go out but we made it work by using taxis arrancies by recepción. I would definately stay again

This was our 2nd visit. A couple with 2 kids. We had a ground floor room in the new building (4000). Family room with sliding door. The room was spacious. Lots of closet apace as well. Beds and pillows- comfortable. The bathroom was between 2 room, good location. The sliding door was noisy, closes with a bang. The bathroom was good, water pressure a bit low. We stayed for 3 nights, after the 1st night our room was cleaned but after the 2nd- no. Had to ask for fresh towels. Had some ants on the floor from the balcony. Probably better to ask for a non-ground floor room. Lots of noise from the Cicadas, at no fault of the hotel of course. Some negatives regarding the restaurants- last time, 2 years ago, at every restaurant there would be someone showing us to a table according to the number of people. Now- we had to find a table by our selves, sometimes needing to ‘outrun’ a bit someone else to get the vacant table. The food is quite repetitive, but the selection is wide. All of the restaurants, except of the asian, serve the same food. And in all of the restaurants, it is the same food every single day, and the same as it was 2 years ago. Also a negative regarding sun-beds occupying with towels. They dont stop this phenomenon, and if you come after 10, almost no beds available. Some are ‘taken’ by a towel or 2 and for the whole day- no one !comes to lie there. They should not allow this

Overall very nice and clean , friendly staff and i would recommend this place. The only down side was the poor Wifi connection kept going in and out so if you need work done using your computer ,it will mess you up . NO AC in closed common public spaces like lobby hallways and etc.

Great hotel. Had a fantastic holiday with my kids!

Hotel was a great stay for our first landing ground in Crete from the states - we wanted something to relax / adjust to time change and give our 4 year old some fun - It was a great stay, great food at the restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t my fave but It was fine.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only drawbacks were the low water pressure in the bathroom, which was lower than what we've experienced in other hotels in Greece, and a few signs of mold on the bathroom wall. Aside from these issues, the hotel is lovely, well-suited for families with children, and the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Fantastic experience

We loved this holiday! we were travelling as 3 generations including kids, parents and grandparents. There is so much on offer to entertain guests of all ages! Staff were super friendly and food and facilities were fabulous! We would not hesitate to come back again!

Amazing 50m pool. Friendly staff!

Our stay was excellent. The rooms and various facilities were very clean, the resort staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities were great and we had no issues. This resort was extremely family friendly and we enjoyed our all inclusive stay. It made our stay effortless and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The Lyttopia Playground staff were amazing and the entertainment was fantastic. We would stay again and recommend to our family and friends.

Overall check in time was very late. Not many guests so not sure why it took so long. Mold smell in room, back door to pool didn’t work well, and a ton of fruit flies in the dining area. Overall cleanliness near the food area wasn’t great. Just an ok experience.

Fantastic family holiday at Lyttos Beach We had a wonderful stay at Lyttos Beach. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. While it’s not a luxury resort, it’s absolutely perfect for families looking for plenty to do on vacation. The sports facilities at the Lyttos Beach Sports Centre are world-class, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was spotless throughout, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and clearly worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to families looking for an active, fun-filled holiday.
