Right in the center and such a beautiful Galeries right next door. Like a movie set.

The area is great. Staff was very helpful. A restaurant would be a welcome addition as well as comfy chairs in the rooms.

Fab hotel in a great central location, 5 minutes walk to central station and in the heart of some great bars and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful with restaurant reservations etc. Lovely quiet room. Perfect location for visiting all the main tourist destinations in Brussels and easy access to Bruges and Ghent if you fancy a day out by train. Highly recommended!

A bit hard to find

Fabulous location, great help at the front desk, a little bit noisy but well worth it.

Perfect location

Hotel was in a great location. Very quaint, small boutique place that was very quiet. Hotel staff were amazing. The only issue we had was finding the hotel because it had such a small sign. We would definitely stay again.

A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Dans une galerie marchande très sympathique. Accueil professionnel. Chambre spacieuse. La douche aurait besoin d’un nettoyage des joints de carrelage. Un mur sale dans la salle de toilette. Literie assez ordinaire. Notre chambre avait une vue sur la cour intérieure. Très tranquille. Excellent petit déjeuner. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour amener cet hôtel à une catégorie supérieure,

Great centralized stay

First rooms we were given faced were on the 4th floor which faced the backside of the arcade’s glass atrium so no view at all of the beautiful arcade which is the reason we picked this hotel. Also the bathroom in one room smelled of sewer gas. So we asked for new rooms which we were given on the second floor. Much better but overall the rooms were too spartan with IKEA furniture and reminded us of staying in a hostel versus a nice hotel.

A wonderful stay in an amazing location. Our floor had a little lounge which was helpful when my mom went to bed before me. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The air conditioning didn't always work and the walls in the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location in central Brussels, clean, attractive, well-designed rooms. Firm mattresses. I’ve stayed here many times.
