The hotel is very well located, with a beautiful view of the ocean and Sicily from our bedroom...but everything needs to be updated, specially the bathroom, the bed sheets make you sweat, pillows are deflated, mattress is not comfy, I really did not rest well. The wifi is an old version and is not stable. The breakfast needs more proteins and less carbs. The coffee is really good. The Staff is nice, polite, helpful, and the cleaning ladies do a great job. Would I come back? Not a chance.

This property was a short walk from the ferry going to Messina Italy it was also a short walk to the train station where you can take the train to any other Italian city people are very friendly here. Housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean Rooftop Bar was open views were phenomenal

Well positioned. That’s the only positive really. Rooms are tired, bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was in need of deep cleaning. No hot water! The first room we were offered was worse than the one we ended up in. Not a three star hotel!

Not a luxury hotel but comfortable and clean with a great terrace space. Good location at the start of lungomare or the lido train station.

Friendly staff, prompt service

We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor overlooking Sicily and right across the hotel is The Esplanade.

Your site had not sent through the booking according to the hotel. There was considerable confusion at check in. We could not have managed this situation without speaking Italian. The staff were very calm trying to sort this out. We had your confirmation email but as it was in English it needed a lot of explaining. We were given a grand room to compensate but it only had a double bed and as we weren’t a couple traveling this wasn’t suitable. So we were given a second room at no cost. The rooms were clean but shabby. Breakfast ok. Not a place if you aren’t an experienced traveler and don’t speak Italian. We were transiting en route for Sicily and we wanted to see the museum, so it suited us.

Very helpful staff, handy bar for drinks and snacks, well located between train and ferry stations, close to museum and fantastic view from the roof.

Wanted an overnight stay and chose this one on price. Was a basic room, toilet and shower (no hair dryer) with really friendly professional staff who were very accommodating. Hotel had small dining room with bar selling coffee and snacks and otherwise no seating anywhere that I could see. We were a family of 3 in one room (a suite) that comprised a king and single, one desk, one desk chair, TV, and wardrobe(with safe)...but otherwise no seating. However Reggio Calabria is a terrific place to wander and promenade and eat out, so we were out of the hotel except for sleeping. So as a place to simply sleep it was well priced and the beds were comfortable enough....and the staff very helpful.

This hotel would be in a wonderful situation if there was not an open air disco just opposite, it closes at 3am and its LOUD. The breakfasts are wonderful, very generous and served on a lovely terrace. The staff are great, very helpful and very nice. The hotel needs attention, a lot is very shabby. But overall I liked a lot about it. Great situation for the museum.

We arrived in the evening from Rome, hot and tired. We were given our room key immediately and found a very simple room with a tiny balcony that overlooked a neighbor's dirty wall. I now wish that I had asked to change to a front view room. The next morning we had breakfast on the terrace and saw how lovely the setting and view of the Straits of Messina were. The hotel had only about 5 rooms occupied, and a room with a view would have been extraordinary. I wish it had been offered to us - we would have gladly paid the extra charge for it.

Disastroso. Sporco e mal gestito. Indecoroso.

Posizione Hotel otttima, colazione discreta in una terrazza con vista panoramica eccezionale, peccato che tutto l'hotel sia decisamente da ristrutturare, la camera che mi è stata assegnata era condizioni pietose sia come infissi, come bagno e come letto. Ragazzi della reception molto cordiali. Direi che non à certo da considerare un Hotel 3 stelle S.

Ottima posizione struttura un po’ datata ma tutto sommato buona come appoggio per visitare museo archeologico.

El hotel está en mal estado, huele a humedad, las regaderas con moho, un wc hacia ruido muy fuerte, tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación, desayuno muy pobre, en general todo el inmueble se ve en mal estado. El personal es agradable y tratan de solucionar te el problema pero entiendo que muchas cosas no están en sus manos, la ubicación es buena.
