Staff was friendly and welcoming

All excellent

Although building works currently taking place, with no impact on my stay other than slightly trickier with parking, I was able to park nearby & enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, with a superb meal and great choice of drinks. The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially when I checked in.

Great safe parking

Positives…. Lovely breakfast and comfy bed Negatives… Accommodation was dirty, run down and completely neglected. Found a pair of dirty socks sticking out from under the bed…. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Completely overpriced and I cannot understand how it has a rating of 9.6 on this website. That’s the only reason I booked it. People should be more honest in their reviews

There was no room in the bathroom for personal articles and no hooks for towels. There was no elevator to 2nd floor. There was no top sheet in bed and cover only came up part way. I would never stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay

A great family run hotel. The staff were very attentive and friendly with breakfast quality and portions being very generous. The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. Only small negative was our room was above the kitchen extractor and so can be slightly noisy during the day (if your sensitive to noise) but this didn't from our overall enjoyment of our stay at Gleesons.

I stayed two nights and had a lovely experience. Being in town centre provided access to numerous sights and services. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This is a really nice hotel. Lovely staff and delicious complimentary breakfast. Good clean rooms and I would stay again.
