The wi-fi was weak. No soundproofing between rooms. No elevator. No decor in the room other than fresh paint. And, towels were literally grey. That's about it. Restaurant was good, no breakfast deal unfortunately.

Ok stay not very friendly at front desk seemed like we were a bother to them checking in

Central location and the airport shuttle was free and easy to book. Easy check in and out and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff were able to coordinate room location and our parking needs. Friendly service.

D'abord, il faut commencer par demander le services à la chambre pour le remplacement des serviettes, refaire les lits, vider les poubelles. Toutefois, vous devrez possiblement redemander à chaque jour. La climatisation me la chambre ne fonctionnait pas très bien, elle marchait un temps puis semblait s'arrêter. Il fallait continuellement tenter de la faire repartir. Impossible de climatiser et d'utiliser le four micro onde en même temps. Les laveuses et sécheuses étaient pratique, mais à 3 dollars chaque utilisation, comparativement à ailleurs c'est assez coûteux. Bref, je ne crois pas y retourner.

Nice enough hotel. Comfy beds. About 20+ min walk to downtown, taxi costs about $10 each way.

The front desk staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The beds/mattresses were quite comfortable and the mini-fridge was a good size. The entry way is a good size with lots of space to hang clothes. The room itself was an average hotel room with everything you need. The bathroom had only one towel rack and could have benefited from a second, or hooks on the back of the door. Overall, I was pleased with this hotel, its central location and found it good value. We did not use the restaurant services on site so cannot comment.

Filthy, worn out and bad area. Very disappointed. Room was dirty, sheets stained and ‘white’ towels were gray/brown. Slept in my sleeping bad due to old worn bedding. No idea why other ratings are positive in any way. Homeless folks all around the area. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Town is a dump.

Great place in between destinations.

Yukon Inn is not that child friendly. When we booked we asked for a baby cot but never got one for any of the three days stay. No elevator which made it difficult to manage 2 children and a buggy plus luggage. The front staff provided misinformation regarding the airport shuttle. The good thing was the restaurant staff were great with kids.

A decent hotel with shuttle to airport. Was everything we needed for an overnight stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Room was clean but it had a number of deficiencies which we noted on a card provided in the room for staff to attend to.

Pros: The hotel room was clean and appears updated (compared to the Inn exterior and lobby). Double room was spacious, bed was comfortable, good shower. Hotel staff were helpful and prompt. There is ample parking available. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. Cons: The TV in my room was not working. Walls are very thin and the adjacent guests were talking loudly, a child was screaming and crying, and it sounded like they were hammering or dropping heavy objects on the floor past midnight. Not really the Inn’s fault but this led to very little sleep and a poor experience.

This place was fine. We didn’t spent much time in the room, but it was fine. The shower was good with a good water pressure. We had no iron in the room, but the staff found me one. The place was pretty clean and the bed was very comfortable. The disappointing part was that on our second day, we returned to our room to find that it wasn’t cleaned. We needed new towels etc. We queried this at the front desk and we were told that we had to request cleaning- which isn’t really what the rest of the world does so we had to make do. The blinds let on all of the light, which made it difficult to sleep and the AC unit kept making a silly noise during the night which was a bit annoying. But all in all, it was fine.
