Great breakfast, the hotel itself was very outdated. The pictures are very deceiving, because the hotel is not what it appears. We will never return. The elevator was so bad that we thought it was going to free fall down.

El asensor hace demasiado ruido, no deja dormir, malas sabanas , las camas muy duras, el baño muy reducido donde está el hinodoro

La habitacion en la que estaba habia un televisor muy viejo que sonaba cuando estaba encendido y un sonido molestoso como un zumbido. El aire acondicionado tambien sonaba y tiene maña el control para prender y apagar. Para el precio que se paga me parece mal servicio. Adicional una noche tuve que pagar $60 ( dolares ) porque la web no estaba habilitada. Las señoras de la limpieza son muy lindas y amables al igual que los meseros. Mientras que los de recepción si senti que pudieron ser mejor. Solo una señora en recepcion me ayudo con lo de la aplicación, llamo comunico y me ayudaron. Pero el dia anterior los que estaban en recepción no me dieron solución y solo me decian que solo se podia cancelar en el hotel porque expedia no estaba habilitada. Cuando estuve desde el 5 julio y queria extender mi tiempo. Debieron involucrarse mas y ayudar como la chica que me atendio hoy que si me ayudo que le agradezco mucho porque a noche termine pagando 60$ adicionales porque no podia abrir la puerta y mis cosas las tenia ahi. Y al darme cuenta de que no me estaban ayudando termine cancelando ese valor que por lo que ofrece la habitación no me parece razonable. 60 dolares? La noche por un aire que suena y un televisor viejo? Que si volveria a este lugar? Claro que no. Antes de venir aca iba a ir al hotel Don Miguel y si me arrepiento de no haberme quedado alla.

All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.

Hotel provides the basic but full needs in a simple way.

Looked better in pictures—wasn’t as close to Zocolo as expected. All the staff at the front desk was Excellent!!! The wifi was terrible-even after the front desk put Bri on housekeeping. Not thrilled with resteraunt—had to tell them how to make a curb libra. Club sandwich good—breakfast buffet interesting. Not gringo food!!!! Chocolate milk excellent.
