First time staying here, usually stay at Airbnb condo but found this property at a fair price. For the price the value was great. Stayed in a 2bed suite for 2 nights at $296 total. Checkin was weird, had to go to a different hotel down the road. That hotel looked like a ghost town and I was unable to find a receptionist for approx 15min. I tried calling the hotel and all calls went to voicemail. The underground parking was a huge plus! The room was adequate, lots of space with 2 seperate rooms. Kitchen had decent appliances except the coffee machine which appeared to have been used to cook something that was not coffee, coffee shops are not very close by. Beds were comfy, and linens/towels were clean. 3 tvs everywhere was also nice. This property seems to have been a smoking building previously, the walls have been repainted but there are signs of nicotine coming back through and it still smells. My room had large water stains on the ceiling which were off putting. - The couch had crumbs on and in the cushions, under the cushions it had not been cleaned a very long time with all kinds of treasures. (I did not sit on - small details like stained fingerprints on light switches - lots of dripping stains on walls. - there was sticky stuff all over the floor of the elevator when I checked in Monday and it was still there weds when I checked out It would seem most things that can be changed out are clean but the room/building itself need more attention. Would not return

The suite was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. One left us extra coffee when we asked for a coffee replenish. It would have been better if the elevator had been working properly.

This is a very nice place to stay at unless you are put in a room facing the freeway. It took me until 1:30am in the morning to fall asleep because of the traffic noise and woke up early again because of morning traffic. I’m so exhausted. So if you stay here make sure to request a room facing away from the freeway.

We really enjoyed our suite. It is private, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It is a convenient location if you are visiting family or friends who live across the river from downtown.

Why rent a room when you can have a whole apartment for the same price? Great if you don’t want to eat out ( there’s a kitchen) or need a desk to work at

I was very pleasantly pleased while staying here. I will gladly book here again when I travel back to Fort McMurray.

Check in was *terrible.* Furniture stained and worn out. Shower door broken. Carpets lifting. Very VERY noisy (right on highway).

The well-appointed 2-bedroom suite was comfortable as much for a 1-night stay as it would be for a 1-month stay. Secure underground parking was nice, considering there is not much on-street parking in the area

Great property for long stays with apartment style accommodations

Always seem to have issues with my room key at this location. It’s not convenient because the room and front desk are in two seperate buildings. I had to wait for almost one hour. Standing in the hall waiting to get access to my room.
