We stayed at Rinai 2 and 3, masyaallah the service was friendly and fast, the villa was comfortable, spacious, there was karaoke, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, toiletries, complete kitchen equipment, gallon water was available, Indomie, coffee, tea were provided, the rice cooker was mini so you have to be patient to cook rice many times, if it's just a small family it's enough, 😁 thank you villa Yasmin, God willing we will come back 🫰

The building seems old, it's quite okay and the contents are complete, but the cleanliness is not so good, the bathroom is a bit dirty, the bathtub is rusty or the paint is peeling, the water is very sandy, the toilet overflows, the rest is okay, only the bathroom and balcony area need to be repaired.

The villa is spacious, with two bedrooms upstairs. The Wi-Fi is fast, and it's cool, so you don't need air conditioning.

It was really fun staying here. The villa is spacious, there are 2 rooms on the top floor. You can also get an extra bed for 100 thousand for 2 beds. Yesterday we arrived at the villa at 10 am, early check-in was possible for only an additional 100 thousand, very affordable. We got villa rinai 2, right in front of the swimming pool. You also got amenities in every toilet. There are 3 toilets, in each room and 1 on the 1st floor. The cooking utensils are also provided completely. You can also do karaoke and there is wifi. The carport can accommodate 2 cars. The staff are friendly, asking for gas and gallon replacement when it runs out is very fast. Thank you Mr. Uus and the team. We will come back to Yasmin again.

My stay at Yasmin Villa Rinai was truly memorable. The facilities are complete, the pool is clean and beautiful, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The villa's atmosphere is truly serene, especially at night and at dawn. The view from the pool is stunning, and the spacious villa area blends seamlessly with the surrounding hotel area. The villa area is perfect for exercising, with everything fully equipped. I'll stay here again soon.

Villa resort, it's really nice here. No traffic jams. Easy access. Only Villa Rinai has all the rooms upstairs, so it's not very friendly if you bring grandma and grandpa. The kitchen is very complete. The gallon is always filled. There's gas, and the swimming pool is large. Thank you.

The staff was responsive, the room and bathroom were clean, but for the damaged furniture, please replace it, and for the rusty pans, don't use them anymore. We stayed at Halimun 2. The kitchen set for the sink was a bit leaky, please pay attention to that 🤗 Overall, it was okay, thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, the only downside is that the bathroom is not very clean and there are lots of ants under the dining table as if there is a nest there... there is no soap or shampoo either. Thank you

The hotel staff is very friendly, just go straight to the villa because there is no front office so later near the villa there are very good officers and if you need anything it will be provided directly recommended affordable price the villa is very nice every room has a bathroom, in each bathroom there are towels and soap, given free noodles and various tea coffee available on the dining table, gallon water dispenser is also available, complete cooking utensils,, no need to stop at the front hotel will not be told which side of the Halimun villa by the Horison Hotel staff, happy to stay at Villa Yasmin Puncak especially Villa Halimun 2 recommended anyway 🫰

Hotel jadul. Barang-barangnya sudah tidak layak untuk disebut hotel bintang 4. Karpet kotor banyak debu. Lemari meja ranjang pun kayu pebuh debu. Dinding wallpaper sudah lapuk. Kamar mandi bau pesing bathtub sudah jelek tirai berjamur. Mungkin hotel melati lebih bagus dari ini. Sangat di luar expektasi saya untuk hotel bintang 4. Untungnya karyawan pada respon dan sigap. Saya dipindahkan ke kamar lain yang sedikit lebih baik dengan tambahan 150rb. Saya bawa anak bayi. Kulitnya bentol-bentol gatal. Mungkin terlalu banyak debu di hotel ini. Saya kasih masukan untuk manajement hotel. Tolong perbaiki kualitas hotel sepertinya perlu renov interior kamar. Agar tamu nyaman. Karena kasian juga sama pegawainya yang bagian dimarahin dan minta maaf ke tamu. Padahal mungkin mereka juga ga bisa berbuat apa-apa untuk fasilitas hotel yang sudah kurang layak.

Fasilitas-nya lengkap buat anak-anak, hotelnya juga gak ribet, friendly lah ya.
