The laundry service is bad. His pants are white and have stains on the back. I sent the laundry when I took it too quickly, I didn't check it, I came back to check it out the next day, oh my, my pants got stained and the stain was still there + some new stains. The hotel bed is used for as long as it is white and cleaner than the pants I just washed !!! The pants I brought back were not ironed straight, too badly

Excellence. VaiA Boutique Hotel Hoi An is near Old Town Area. Free bicycles, free coffee and tea all day drinking in the lobby, free cocktail every day at 3-5 PM, free breakfast, room is good. We booked through app for 3 nights. Buy Banana Hill Tour. And the car to Danang Airport through the hotel. Thanks the staffs for very good service.

First I booked a room for 2 people, then there was an extra baby, the hotel collected an additional fee of 100k. But after going to the small bed room, I asked to change to a bigger room. Family room costs more than 1 million / room but the hotel only charges an additional 300k. My room before priced 800k. Affordable and flexible staff. Breakfast is also ok. Location near the old town. Clean rooms very satisfied.

The hotel is on the street front so it is easy to move. Near Hoi An Market, Near Phuong Phuong Cake. Going to the old town takes 15 'walk and 5' ride. Customers for free bike use.
