I forgot yesterday, there was meal/fruit in the room. Usually junior suites always get it. Yesterday there wasn't any.

The AC wasn't cold enough. I complained and was told to wait, but the technician never showed up. The shower water was really bad, and the shampoo foam wouldn't go away. The other side was okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is on par with a star-rated hotel. I'd love to come back for a staycation.

Downtown location, great food.

From the moment we arrived in the lobby, we were greeted by the staff, who were quick and responsive in unloading our luggage, all with smiles and friendliness. Even at check-in, the receptionists were incredibly friendly, especially Dion Estefan. She was very helpful and humble. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast menu offered a wide selection.

Access to everywhere is close, the breakfast is delicious.

This time I tried the deluxe ocean view, but I preferred the mountain view. Overall, I love staying at Pangeran Beach. My stay was comfortable.

The swimming pool is clean, but for hotel visitors, TDK provides towels in the pool, towels are brought from the room... it should be provided too...🤗

The hotel was comfortable, and the lobby smelled nice. However, there was no bathroom mat in the room, so the floor was often wet (perhaps they forgot).

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Padang.

Junior suite: a comfortable room with a quiet atmosphere and a nice interior design, but the Wi-Fi is very slow. The AC isn't cold enough, and the room isn't soundproof. A lot of noise from outside can be heard inside, and my child's crying inside can be heard all the way to the elevator. That's all there is to it; for a junior suite, it's not worth it. Otherwise, the service and facilities are excellent.

Good choice for vacation, near from the beach.
