L'intérieur des chambres est vieillot. Les oreillers sont trop petits, trop mous, donc inconfortables. Par contre, le lit est très confortable. En conclusion, ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité-prix.

We were very disappointed with this property. We have booked a king suite but the pullout sofa was broken. They had no other room to put us in, thus we had to ask for roll-in beds that were extremely uncomfortable with dirty and stained sheets. We booked this hotel purposely for an advertised hottub which was non operational upon our arrival. The water in the pool was cold and the walk-in sauna was moldy and stinky. The continental breakfast had hardly anything to offer. We walked in an hour before closing and there was no food left. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Would not recommend the hotel and will definitely not come back.

Not our best experience after driving for 12 hours. The hot tub was cold, reading lights and outlets in our room were not working and the hot water in the shower was only lukewarm.

The air conditioner had an unpleasant smell. the curtain was torn. the gym doesn't work, the machines are broken. It's a somewhat old hotel, but it's generally clean. The breakfast is very good.

Called the front desk as there was lots of mould on the bathtub caulking. Buddy came up with some screwdrivers and pliers. What are you going to do with those, I asked him. Blank stare and he walked out. Never again.

We especially found the staff at reception to be professional, friendly and helpful.

The place really needs some cleaning, fresh paint, and TLC. I killed 3 bugs in the first night. Breakfast is lackluster and the eating area is not kept clean. As there isn't another hotel to stay in Hawkesbury there is no other option. Won't stay here if I didn't have to.
