This is a very clean and quiet hotel, spacious rooms - very comfortable! I’d stay here anytime!

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was way nicer than we expected. We had a Jacuzzi suite with a balcony. The room had a kitchenette with cups, plates and silverware, coffee, tea and water restocked daily. It was super clean and probably the quietest room we've ever stayed in. The location in St Catherines is very convenient - walk to Starbucks, Sobeys, Subway, barBURRITO, LCBO... pretty much everything you would need. And it's only a 20 minute and very scenic drive to NOTL. The hotel has attached businesses such as a spa and an Italian restaurant which we did not eat at but it seemed to be very popular. The architecture and decor of the hotel is beautiful. My only minor complaints are that the TV was a bit complicated to use and we had to call for assistance, and the lighting in the bathroom was not great for putting on makeup. We would absolutely stay here again!

Welcoming. Able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Staff helpful

Property is nice and convenience of the bar to watch the games was good but there was no water pressure in our adjoining room which was not sound proof. There was a prom going on so we heard the kids chatting most the night, didn’t get any sleep. We didn’t complain since we there there for the night.

Elegant place to stay. Staff very helpful/friendly. A mini vacation in itself.

The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I wish we had more time to spend there, but we were just in town overnight for a wedding. I would definitely recommend

Beautiful rooms but if you like big windows in the rooms or a balcony these rooms may not suit your fancy . Friendly and helpful staff and overall excellent value for the money we paid through Expedia. Please note that one of the main roads that lead to the hotel goes across a lift bridge and car/bus transportation to or from the hotel may get delayed. Do your research if this might be an issue.

Great location

Older building that is well maintained. Grounds are kept up too. Fridge didn’t get cold but was acceptable. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy access to many restaurants and stores. Would recommend.

Rooms are spacious and unique how the exterior stone wall is integrated into the design of the rooms.

Beautiful hotel and great location for the first 3 days of Bruce trail hike. Very roomy clean suite. I went to Stacked for breakfast around the corner which was a great option for breakfast or you can eat in the room since we had a fridge (that’s what my wife did). We also ate at Johnny Rocco’s Italian grill in the hotel lobby and it was also good.
