The room and bathroom is terrible The washer is no working correctly The water stock is going slowly The cleaning service is no good leaving the bathroom duty. I and my wife stay for 2 weeks and the service never changes the the bed. The breakfast always the same food Is a bad service.

Tuve problemas con la regards los 10 días qué estuvo salia muy fue y para todos lados y la cortina no Servia de nada y cuando deje el hotel la repcecionista fue muy amiable pero la personal encagarda de checar la habitacion fue muy grossers pidieron qué me Cobren la goals qué usaba para secar el agua qué salia se la regarela hay formas de Cobrar pero la qué uso esta persona no me gusto mucho

Llegamos a las 3 pm y no nos dejaron hacer el check in por cambio de turno, nos dieron la habitación 2 horas después de las 2 pm, al ingresar al cuarto, había humedad en el techo del baño, estaba sucio y las sábanas no estaban limpias, empezamos a sentir piquetes en la piel, había ácaros en las alfombras y sábanas y colchones, así que aun pagado, dejamos el hotel inmediatamente y reservamos en otro lugar, el personal de recepción muy indiferente.

Room was outdated, furniture not enough and extremely old. Might as well slept on the carpet it was softer than the bed. No smart tv, but even worse WiFi kept cutting out. I am a network engineer, I can tell you it’s poor wap placement and of course not enough coverage. I can work with them on recommendations to fix. Overall horrible stay, the pros — breakfast was good, sweet bread was excellent and courtesy drives to appts and us cinsulate very good! But these rooms need to Elbe renovated. Also the rules, they need to be more flexible.
