Staff were helpful , room was clean .

On arrival we were really impressed with our room. It was spotless, spacious and well equipped (we enjoyed the bikkies, thank you). It was nice and quiet, but unfortunately we found the bed uncomfortable. We also would have preferred the outside light to be turned off, because it shone into our room all night. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you

Not the best hotel, came out of our room and there was a man urinating on the shared balcony with everything on show!! Had to step over it. Told management but not sure what was done.

Great little stopover motel. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds were pretty good. Staff were friendly. The playground area needs some attention but it's probably been too wet to mow. Overall quite satisfied. Thank you

Didn’t see any staff, which was good. Room clean and tidy. Great check in without having to go to reception. Surrounds could do with a tidy up but overall great value for money spent.

Comfortable. A microwave, fridge, electric kettle.

Maybe some more outside lighting was a bit dark coming in later at night.

Great motel. clean, great spa, smart tv.. tea and coffee! Cool as! Only thing was i stayed 2 nights and they could have topped up coffee, milk, sugar, soap etc...and given it a quick flick over.

The room supplied with the essentials. The bed was a bit hard - maybe a mattress topper might’ve saved my hips. But otherwise happy with the hotel. Thanks.

The light in the toilet didn't turn on one night.

Parking available. No Staff available. Clean room. kitchen ok.everything available. The water in the bathroom is not working no pressure. Over priced.

The property is very dated and in need of updating. The shower head wouldn't stay up when the water was turned on and leaked st the swivel joint, I reported this but nothing was done to fix the issue. The microwave turntable didn't function properly, I also reported this but again nothing was done about it. Overall a disappointing experience and couldn't recommend staying at this property.

Great value. Clean and functional.

The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable for the duration of the stay. The bathroom was also a good size. The carpet in the room had some stains, which I have also noticed at several other hotels during my travels in Australia. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside to my experience was a disturbance next door late at night, when a woman began banging on a neighbouring room’s door and appeared to be attempting to force her way inside. It seemed to be a personal dispute, my best bet that she caught the male party cheating on her with another woman. This woman was not the one the male was sitting outside with when I checked in. White trash – junkies at their best. There is limited parking available on site.

The bathroom could use a good clean and was quite smelly
