The bed make noise every time u move u body ???so hope you have good night sleep

My last night in Sofia and I wanted to stick close to the airport. The ibis is usually a good choice and so it was here. The room was large enough and comfortable. The bed was great. Temperature great. The bathroom was very good and I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser in the hall. Breakfast was outstanding despite no maple syrup.

Location and free parking were great. Cleanliness of the room was great. The hotel restaurant food was terrible.

The free airport shuttle pick up and drop off was very professional. Once you land, you can call them on WhatsApp and they’d arrive in 15 minutes

Nice hotel and close to the airport!!

The hotel is close to Sofia Airport and provides a shuttle every 20 minutes. If you have an early-morning flight from Sofia, this is the hotel. The rooms are basic, with no complimentary water bottles or tea. But I was given a breakfast bag for my 7 am flight. You can have dinner on the property, order a cappuccino or other drinks, and pay in cash or with any international credit card.

A bit pricy for a very basic room. The parking lot was not paved and had potholes and mud.

No communication from staff, send an email a week in advance asking for pick up from airport as advertised on the website. No one ever responded had to get taxi. On the way out, asked again for airport transfer and was told that will cost €15 euro....once again advertised as FREE

We loved the availability of different types of water for free: flat and sparkling. We did not like the empty honey bottle 2 days in a row in the breakfast buffet. The availability of a plug for US type for our shaver would have been nice as well.

The shuttle dropped me @ the wrong terminal had to walk a great distance delaying check in.

The room was clean, but small, there was a lot of noise from the hallway, that did not allow me to get a good rest. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle was very convenient. The breakfast was to go and consisted of a nice sandwich and an apple. Overall it was a convenient stay before an early morning flight.

We stayed only because we had a late fight. But for the price you can stay in a very nice hotel in town. This is a dated, needs major upgrades. Only stay for the convenience of closeness to airport and the free shuttle. The guy at reception was very rude. Make sure you ask about the shuttle before you sit down for breakfast. Breakfast was okay.

It’s a convenient place to stay near airport but a bit basic for the price. Airport shuttle car is the best about the place. I arrived at night and was in a hotel in 10 min after I exited airport. Room, bathroom and bedding was clean. It is what it is. A 3* hotel. Breakfast was also pretty basic. I came about half an hour prior it finished, food was cold. Would I use it again if it’s needed for convenience - yes, I would, but no high expectations.

The fact that they take the visitors from the airport for free is great!
