Gorgeous hotel. Room was clean ,bathroom was huge. Breakfast was lovely

Our 3rd visit to Nunsmere Hall Hotel and each visit has been first class. Reception gives perfect customer service, the rooms are large and well equipped and breakfast is exceptional. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Staff were fantastic

Always a good place to stay before a track day with Opentrack.co.uk at Oulton Park. Food was great and perfect room. Parking as well is safe and secure.

Excellent two night stay with my daughter. Beautiful hotel, staff amazing, professional and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea on arrival, great start to our mini break. We stayed in Elm room, lots of space, lovely and warm very clean and the comfiest bed and pillows! Lovely large bathroom the only thing I’d change would be to upgrade the bathroom as very dated. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the staff. Management should be proud of the staff and how they treat their guests :)

What really stood out was how incredibly fast the team reacted when we realised the bedding contained feathers – entirely our oversight for not requesting a change before arrival. The staff were unfailingly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful hotel, and our suite was absolutely gigantic. We loved it!

Alex and Millie were fantastic hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much. The room was stunning, the food was phenomenal and well priced for the portion sizes. I will definitely stay again.

The room was lovely and spacious, nice and clean too. Bed was a bit soft for us. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely cooked, a few more cooked options would have been nice.

Very clean and quiet

Room was great ,very spacious, lovely views, the only noise we experienced was the birds singing😁 there was some dust on the coffee tray but all in all room was great. All Staff were so polite, helpful and work hard throughout the day. Their uniforms were spotless, staff were very well presented.The atmosphere was very chilled. Gardens were well maintained , so was the hotel. This is our 2nd time staying and we will definetly coming back in the near future. We said the summer as both times we ve stayed winter times.

Fantastic helpful staff, quality room , amazing value for money

From arriving you are greeted nicely from reception. Having already checked in prior to arriving, made everything smooth and quick. The hotel is gorgeous, warm and good sized rooms with all the amenities you need ie hairdryer, iron and board, tea coffee sugars and milk with a complimentary biscuit. Hand wash, body wash with lotion also provided. We had a meal in the fine dining restaurant and that was absolutely delicious with all three courses. The waiting staff were always very nice, smiley and served you like you were special. The room was kept spotlessly clean for the 4nights away and was attended to every day. The grounds were immaculate and would love to see it in the summer. In all we enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

We love this hotel, the staff are exceptional, always have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the Begonia suite and it's worth the extra cost. They are so large, luxurious and comfortable. The food is excellent and great value for money. We have stayed here numerous times and will definitely be back.
