Good view

Great location for public transport, walking distance to marina large supermarket. two minutes walk to main centre with bars restaurants and shops. Very clean and friendly. Lovely pool bar and pool bar. Would definately stay again.

Great hotel. Reasonable price. Love the kitchen facilities for our make our own breakfasts and lunch.

Was a great place to stay, good location, walking distance to everything. The only disappointment was the pool area. People would leave their garbage at the sun beds, on the side tables etc. And the restaurant staff there do not clean it up. At times it was gross and people just avoided those sun beds

Very clean nice staff

This was our 2nd year spending our holiday at the resort. Another great experience! Appreciate the friendly staff. My son loved the pool and spent the entire day between the toddler and big kid pool. Super close to an amazing beach.

Positive feedback - staff were very friendly, pool by bar was lovely and clean, definitely need to pay for a pool view, we were self-catering and everything was provided for this. Negative feedback - room was very dated, instructions for arrival gave no indication of how to access the hotel complex with a car or where to park to check-in. The directions all led to the pedestrian access. It was very confusing driving, we had to ask a hotel guest. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if it wasn't in Cala D'or. The resort was too busy for us and didn't provide the ambience that we were looking for. The coves were lovely to swim in though.

Everything was perfect, a quiet location but only about 5 minutes walk to a massive selection of restaurants and nightlife. The beach and port are about 10 minutes walk away.

Very noisy cleaners. Young guy at reception, whose name I think is Jose, was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me when I was speaking, refused to listen. This inevitably led to numerous miscommunications as he was simply not prepared to listen to more than 2-3 words of any sentence before starting to speak himself, + him making many assumptions that were incorrect. Staff need much better training in how to communicate with customers. This guy, when I told him that he was not listening, retorted in the manner of an immature teenager + said, ´You are not listening!´. On arrival, when I was making my way to my room, a young girl of about six or seven, wearing no clothing at all, ran into the building from the pool area with her parents + younger sister later coming up the stairs. When I reported this, the same guy at reception told me that the hotel likely does not have any specific rule about this for children aged around seven! This was a completely nonsensical comment from him, as clearly what he should have done is to find out what the rules are at the hotel + not make this ridiculous comment. On one of the days, my keycard stopped working for no reason-had not been kept near my phone or any other device. When I mentioned this to the lady at reception, she simply said, I don´t know why it´s not working, instead of saying that she would report this to the IT/technical department. Obviously, I do not except her to know why it is not working! Overall really unprofessional.

Lovely property; well-maintained.

Just returned from a break with my daughter and 2 grandchildren 3 and 8. Perfect place, everything on your doorstep and hotel really clean. Staff always helpful, one of our best holiday experiences. Definitely recommend especially for families.

Good location

Centrally located,clean beautiful property.

Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is a wristband which was actually super handy. Overall enoyed stay and would come back.
