I love this hotel. It is well situated in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, across the street from the Invalides, where Napoleon rests in peace. The rooms are spacious and clean. Most of all, the staff were very helpful with my questions about how to navigate the metro, which restaurants to go to, etc. Great experience overall!

I would definitely come back to this hotel it offers a beautiful room , spacious and modern. And the location was perfect for us , close to museums and a great selection of great restaurants.

Over all property is very small and rooms are up and down the stairs. Elevator very small but you have to carry luggage above few steps to get in and out of elevator. Staff was not responsive. Called multiple to get iron and no one picks up the phone at front desk.

NOT A 5 STAR!!! This is at the most a 3 star hotel, this comes from a 15 years of experience of staying in 5 stars. I fell for the reviews, if this is 5 star, Ritz should be 10 stars. Horrible staff, smelly dirty rooms, carpets with stains, rooms are not cleaned until 5 PM once a day, not set up for sleep in the evenings, we booked for 4 nights, but checked out after 2 and booked a real 5 star at the last minute. . They charge you 5 star prices but amenities are not at the level of a 5 star. Do not book, do not waste your money, book a real 5 stars

The hotel is perfect but England lost the semi final of the World Cup so I deducted one star from the final rating. Seems harsh….

The the hotel was nice location and quiet. One of the rooms that we had was definitely not in the category that we had booked. The room also smelled of smoke and although it was offered to be cleaned with a filter, it did not happen during our stay. Otherwise, it was a good hotel. The concierge was quite helpful.

Excellent hotel. We are used to 5-star hotels in NY and this was at the same level. Especially useful was the staff. They helped by booking us tours, tickets and provided recommendations for many restaurants. Also they were great with kids, and had a teepee with toys and activities set up in the room for the kids upon arrival.

Quiet little nook just a few minutes from Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops - privacy with excellent access to all the Paris vibes! Team was extremely helpful with quick response in communications. Duplex room layout was unique and fun!

I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!! So while we enjoyed our stay, I am distracted by the price we paid, it might have been more expensive as there was tennis event on and the Paris 10K, not able to fully comment on that. Would I have paid full price no, would I stay again, absolutely as the location is great, 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower and 15 mins from Gare du Nord using the metro 8 and 4 lines. Plenty of places to eat around, So location is pretty damn good as well. Maybe I am just a tight Yorkshire man. As mentioned, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again as we know our way around now and the staff were great. Hope that helps folks.

Staff was great.

Lovely boutique hotel centrally located in very safe and walkable neighborhood and near metro. Great restaurant on premises and many more nearby. Hotel is well run and maintained. Staff are professional, kind and helpful. Our room and bed was very comfortable and cleaning staff are top notch.
