Khách sạn nhỏ xinh nằm ngay ở phố cổ nên rất tiện đi bộ ra trung tâm. Phòng khách sạn rất gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, nếu có dịp đi công tác Hà Nội tôi sẽ lại trở lại đây. Xin cảm ơn.

The room is clean and convenient, near Hoan Kiem lake and convenient for eating + moving. The customer service is very good and the staff is very friendly

The location is great, hub of the old quarter especially to the Hoan Kiem Lake. Our connecting rooms are cozy, not too big but that's all we need for a family of 4. Probably the hotel can improve on their restaurant for the buffet breakfast since currently January 2020 the place is too small with limited choices of food. Overall, I was happy.

I am not happy about the hotel! The hotel is tiny, very bad soundproof, can hear every step of the corridor, the sound of running water in the toilet of the next room. Everything in the room is old. The closet in the room has no closed door. The breakfast food was terrible, the food was poor. The only point I felt satisfied was that the receptionist and bellman were very considerate and thoughtful.

Buffet breakfast is not much choice. The receptionist was friendly but the soundproofed room was not good.

The location is strategic, the staff are friendly and helpful, clean, everything is okay.

Stayed here twice. Wonderful service staff but on second stay gave us a room with a very bad smell.

the staffs are really friendly and helpful. the room is comfortable and was cleaned everyday really carefully. the location is also good, easy to get to any place in the Old town or find food. I am really satisfied with this hotel.
