Friendly receptionist and really good prices! Room had everything we needed (even a small kitchenette). There was a faint odor (toilet/canalisation) but nothing we couldn't solve by opening the window. Talking about the windows, keep your fingers out of the way when closing! Handle is right on the edge and kind of weird to close🤕 Bed is quite hard but comfortable (especially if you like warm covers). Towel warmer didn't work in our bathroom (even when window closed) and the extraction only blows air from bathroom into sleeping area which is rather weird...

It’s reasonable priced and conveniently located, just a 5-minute tram ride from the train station and only two stops from the city center. However, there’s no reception after 9 p.m., so the check-in process is manual, but it’s well-indicated via email. The room and shower were average. I recommend it for a quick stay where you plan to spend more time out of the hotel.

A hotel that charge €200+ and doesn’t have the decency to let the guests to leave their luggage before check in, or at least inform their guests in the email the reception is closed from 12-2:30pm. Came all the way with my luggage only to wait outside until staff finishes their 2 and a half hours lunch. What a place!

We had a stopover in Nancy on our way to Germany. The property is very nice and near the city center.
