Very helpful staff, great amenities, overall just a great experience!

Staff were lovely, the hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere, room was fab and we loved all the amenities. Location is perfect too.

Arrived at 10:40am and was warmly welcomed by Will, who showed us the Cabin Suites and arranged immediate access. The Edwardian Cabin Suite was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, with a generous complimentary minibar. Lovely lunch at the restaurant, excellent room service and turndown, and genuinely warm service throughout. One of the best birthdays I’ve had in a long time.

Stay was Nye nice room good dinner unfortunately to this day still haven't been refunded my money stuck in holding a in my bank rung up three times was told by management id receive a email and refund that was last week no refund no email

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.

We took advantage of a Black Friday deal to get a lovely room with balcony and river views. Spotlessly clean, spacious, friendly staff. We are both allergic to feather duvets so requested a hypoallergenic one, which was quite thin and too small to stretch across the width of the bed. Floors were highly polished and lethally slippery, even with bare feet. Nothing complimentary in the room except teabags and coffee capsules, which is disappointing for a hotel priced so highly. We were disappointed that the Roof Terrace bar was closed (not open on Sundays or Mondays). Didn't use the minibar or snacks as exorbitantly priced

Wow! The reception was ideal, very polite and efficient. Got to our room which was lovely. Very clean, comfortable and prepared. Various pillows for comfort too. Breakfast could not be better….A1 quality of food and the service sublime! Altogether a wonderful experience and a great night away!

Great location, water station on our floor was very convenient, room was comfortable, view from room was epic.

The room was clean, but we had a separate room for kids and some of the glasses were dirty. The carpets seemed a bit run down as well in both rooms. We were overall impressed with the building, the staff and the location.

What a great hotel! Staff made everything easy, always with a smile. Technology made ordering in so easy and fast. Room upgrade and perks were offered without asking. Great room, great location. Highly recommend.

Great room. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower (amazing water pressure & hot) and excellent TV & Wifi. Very clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful view on to the river.
