Loved hot-tub. Very nice ski resort. Good rooms. Comfortable bed. Unbelievable views from hot-tub porch. Sauna was state of the art Scandinavian. Fantastic. Staff wonderful and helpful.

Truly , lovely restaurant with amazing views on patio and delicious breakfast , beautiful sauna, great staff. My only bummer was that this was our 15 year anniversary and I paid for a King room, but you don’t know which room you’ll get when you book. In our booking I mentioned that we were coming to celebrate our anniversary. Our view was of a dirty roof and large dumpster on the side of the hotel where they definitely don’t maintain like the rest of it. It was disappointing but the staff was kind about it. We were not able to switch rooms but they gave us some money back which helped because we paid nearly $300 and were just hoping for something different and special. So I guess just be aware of the rooms and they don’t all look like the photos. But there were still a lot of positive things and we still enjoyed our time there.

Arrived around 10pm and the property is tucked away and very serene. Beds were amazing and a balcony that we could enjoy a fantastic morning view of the mountains before our departure. Staff was very helpful getting us checked in and out.

The hotel was great and clean bedrooms and bathrooms good comfortable sleeping and great hot tub looking beautiful view mountains and friendly dogs and very good foods at restaurants

We stay at the Coast Hillcrest at least once a year and it never disappoints. Great staff, good food, clean and comfortable, highly recommend

Had a maintenance issue in the room when we checked in. Staff stayed late to fix it. Was very grateful for that.

Tucked away from town, well appointed hotel. Whilst we never ate there, it had a restaurant. Spa also. But didn't use.

When we drive through Revelstoke, we often stay at the same place. I thought we would switch it up to this lovely spot. Friendly curtious &accommodating staff upon arrival. Stunning location on the hill surrounded by mountains, forest pathways, green forested hills. Pleasant to walk the dog or take a jog around the property. Situated just a few minutes into town should you wish to pop in, take a stroll, grab an ice cream or visit a pub. Hillcrest has a lovely spa, with indoor hot tub room , sauna& workout room. Also a second outdoor tub on deck. All very much enjoyed upon arrival. Many dined, including us, on their patio for diner and enjoyed quality dining. Germans, French, European &Canadians around the tables equally enjoying the atmosphere &food. Room was spacious, mountain views very clean & updated. We will definitely stay here again. Great value &amenities . Hidden gem. Highly recommend this resort hotel if you wish a memorable stay on your travels.

Great staff, fabulous property, great location, great food! All round awesome experience. Booked for the return trip.

We were able to get a preferred room after initially being told that none were available. Staff were very helpful in moving our luggage to another room. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio with spectacular views of the mountains. Lounge and restaurant service was fantastic. Unfortunately a break in the city water supply resulted in no water for several hours. Although the hotel had no control over this, we were disappointed that we didn’t receive notice about this and water delivered to our room.

No words can describe the amazing time we had at Coast Hillcerst Hotel. I am so glad that this was the hotel that we chose to stay in. The hotel is pretty much wrap around mountains, which we loved so much. And all the food that we ate at the restaurant were just amazingly so delicious. It's a very close drive to downtown. The very serene place of this hotel is just exceptional.

Beautiful stop on our way home, better prices than Banff.
