It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best. Beautiful room with small plunge pool to unwind each afternoon. Finally in a quiet area but literally steps from Michelin restaurants, a special place that I highly recommend for couples and families.

Great place to stay, beachfront and very close walk to some great restaurants and shopping!! The shower was really great. The turndown service was a nice touch, left some tea and cookies.. :)

Love this Hotel. I booked five rooms for 10 girls to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was perfectly located on the beach. Beds were comfortable . It is in a great walkable area. Highly recommend.

We really loved La Zebra. The staff were amazing, restaurants very good too. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with a view of the gulf. The pool was a disappointment being located on an upstairs level with few loungers, and sadly we were inundated with sargassum so swimming off the beach was disgusting.

Had a fantastic stay. Beach was great as was the food. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, and clean rooms

Food despite being very overpriced was exceptional, grounds were great but service was absolutely atrocious. Would not see myself going back.

It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the manual drainage but was a little annoying. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tulum with kids.

Attentive staff, beautiful beach, comfy rooms

This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!

Excellent property, super nice and convenient location.

From the moment that we arrived, David made us feel so welcome. We are greeted with so much respect, the complimentary drink was amazing!!! The room service was immaculate. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, but most of all the view is breathtaking. I would stay here again and again.

Such a lovely space, loved the interior design and the little touches e.g. the afternoon tea with a biscuit and the coffee provided. Concerige was always readily available

Very disappointed that they dont offer breakfast for free. People appreciate that if they would consider to come back in the future.

Everything about our stay was terrible. It seemed like none of the staff at the hotel wanted to be there. The streets around the hotel were dirty and seemed very unsafe. We actually had to leave because of a family emergency and asked the hotel if they would help us out a little, as we had 2 more nights pre-paid ($400 each night), but they said they couldn't and kept saying that it was Expedia's fault, as only they could issue a refund. However, they said they would offer us a gift certificate for the next time, as if we would ever come back to this place. So, my advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Great hotel. My room was actually at the Lula property next door. It was a great deal for a jungle room across the street. Nice room with great details. I used La Zebra amenities. The food was pretty good but expensive. Comfortable covered lounges on the beach. I would stay again.
