Woke up with mites bites, bathroom was not cleaned before my check in.

Parking was an additional cost of 16.00 That would have been nice to k ow from Expedia before booking.

I would stay here again!!

Great value to rest your eyes.

It has a room with 3 double beds which is great when traveling with family. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but it is excellent value for the price. It's probably more value for the price. It's about a one thousand meter walk to Clifton Hill strip and the falls, which is close enough considering the lack of parking at the falls. It's ridiculous for anyone to list all the flaws because the price is as cheap as it gets and everyone got a good night's sleep on a clean bed. We stayed for 11 days and have no regrets.

My wife would not stay overnight in the room. We went home.

The smell inside the room and not extra blankets

After using a credit card to pay for a stay, we still have to do a security deposit. The first room we got into was really dirty. The beds were full of stains. The bed mattress had like black mold It looked like on it. The vent on the wall was broken. The chair to sit on were full of stains then when we got into the second room on the third floor, we had to lug all of ourr stuff upstairs. Then the AC in our second room wouldn’t work. It was super hot to sleep throughout the night and when we all went to take showers and when I went to bathe with my little four month old baby, there was no hot water there was no shelves in the fridge. We were really disappointed in our stay.

Rooms were ok. No hot water. Parking was 15 even the sign said 10. Overall it was ok close by the falls-10 min walk. You get what you pay for
