The staff were very enthusiastic, especially the guys at the gate who always helped with guests' luggage. 10 out of 10 for the team that welcomed and transported guests' luggage. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was varied.

I had a great experience here. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious. The soundproofing wasn't great though; we could hear everything other people were saying. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone because it has everything you need. A great experience.

The room facilities are very complete, neat and clean. The best thing is that the room has full bottles of branded shampoo and shower gel, not some bottles of unknown origin. The staff is friendly from the receptionist to the security guard. Overall, the experience here is quite good.

I booked a Suite Room 1608 on afternoon 16th June 2022. The Protocol was too amateur, he did not behave in good service, he also forgot added my room in the hotel system. At midnight when I was having good dreams, he was calling me to disturb and asked my information to add to hotel system. I can not accept this terrible service, I booked the best room of this hotel but did not receive the good service as I expected.
