It stunk like cigarette smoke.

All was well during our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. We ate at the Bonaventure Restaurant both mornings. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only added bonus would be a hot tub!

Decent, clean hotel, staff were nice and helpful. Perfect place to stay if you're going on the highway.

Staff were professional and friendly. Amenities and room were clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was professional and courteous. Food was well prepared and reasonably priced. Repeat visitor since 2018.

Room felt dated, but it was very satisfactory. Overall great but felt a bit old. Tvs included. But comfy bed, very friendly front desk staff.

The staff are always helpful and friendly and I’m never disappointed. This is a regular stop for my colleagues and I when we are in Yellowknife.

Thank you for having makeup wipes in the room. I appreciated that. The lounge had wonderful food (but didn't deliver to the room). The front desk clerk said my room number out loud (woman travelling alone) which always makes me very uncomfortable. Please train your staff not to do that! I will absolutely stay here again though. Beautiful room, parking and neighbourhood was great. Close to what I needed for work. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great hotel! Excellent customer service

Need to get complimentary coffee in the lounge area and the restaurant coffee could be better it was strong but bitter tasting ! Could use better insulation hear every noise !
