This was a serious operational error and should not have occurred. We regret the team's response lacking an adequate explanation upon your return to reception. We are saddened to hear about the damp and unclean condition of the changed room, as well as the disappointing breakfast experience, from the slow replenishment of food and the delayed serving of omelets to the service methods that did not reflect the standards of service you should expect.
