Good stay

I like a great hotel

Hotel is centrally located. Near to train station. Check in and out is fast. Executive lounge staffs are not very attentive to guests. Did not even serve guests drinks unlike other hotels that I stayed before. Drink finished also didn’t refill the fridge till ask for it.

Lobby smell with cheap aroma… and looks more as a 3 star hotel.

Business so I was not in the room much. Did not like the quality of food at breakfast.

Really appreciate the hotel staff for all their help, from concierge to house keepers. Lost one of my ear studs, left a note for the house keepers and they were able to find it for me!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff Cici is very kind and efficient in assisting with my requests. However, the condition of the hotel is too old.

Nice location with easy access to restaurants and close to Jiefangbei. Hotel room was very clean, just a little outdated. The breakfast is very good, definitely worth adding breakfast buffet to the room.

What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!

Every thing is okay

Over all the hotel is good but the restaurant for breakfast is unnecessarily overly crowded, guests virtually have to squeeze between most the tables. Also wasteful in table napkins in terms of labour in folding the napkins which most the guests assume they are a kind of decorative folks and knife holders and hence do not use them and end up in washing machine even never used, they use the paper one on the tables, hence wasteful.

Love this place it’s around everything and walking distance to most places that you want to check out.

Overall is acceptable but some areas for improvement. Example, the wifi in the room is not strong enough. The TV program is too localised.

Great location, walking distance to subway or center, staff are very nice and helpful, they made a small error of my booking dates, but it get resolved at the end, the room is clean ,spacious, nice staff, overall, I am happy to come back again

staff are friendly and helpful, special thanks to concierge desk and Jack Mi, they spend more effort to help us for our needs, I love to come back next time

Location good. Staff attitude and attention inconsitent

Located on top of a hill and close (walking distance) to the trains and Jeifangbei (high end shopping). plenty of cabs available in front if you don't want to walk. Concierge desk and front desk were very helpful in helping us arrange private tours and car service. Comfortable room and bed. not noisy and elevators were fast (even when there was some sort of convention at the same time as our stay (we didn't have to wait for elevator for a long time) check-in / check-out was smooth and friendly.
