The breakfast provided was very basic and did not reflect the value for the price paid. Essential amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and flip‑flops were not available. The pool area resembled a public recreation centre rather than a hotel facility, and there were too many manually operated doors, which reduced convenience. Overall, the experience did not align with the standards expected from Quality Inn—unfortunately, the “quality” was missing.

Room was ok security deposit held back because Expedia did not pay the hotel paid 472 for a dumpy hotel

The property around the hotel was beautiful kept. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue I had was the bathroom was very small and the tub drain was acting up. Other than that, we had a great over night stay.

Our room was clean and spacious, and we were happy our room was ready at around 14:30, and the receptionist let us check in to our room. However, the TV doesn’t work. ( We came late at night, and left after breakfast, so we didn’t ask staff for help.). It was good to have a fridge in our room, but it makes loud noises. I turned it down, and the noise was gone. But at around 2AM. I woke up because of the noise from the fridge. I wish I could’ve turned off the fridge. The toilet seat slid sideways and we couldn’t get it to stabilize!

the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was nice! the staff is friendly & helpful. Little breakfast buffet in the morning was nice. Wish the TV was a bit bigger though, lol

First room: checked mattress for bedbugs as I always do, found a dead one between the mattress and box spring. Moved to the second room and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. Moved to the 3rd room and it worked out. Was not told prior that the arcade which is a huge reason we picked it was closed for Reno’s. Staff did a good job trying to fix my room..

An excellent continental breakfast.

This hotel is very run down. We had a lower room smoking and pet which I asked for a non smoking and no pets. It smelled like smoke. The air conditioning unit is very loud Breakfast was the usual for continental. We did use the pool or hot tub and our key room didn’t work in the door next to our room so we had to use another one further. I don’t think I’d go back there

The first room we were given had a smell an the jacuzzi tub had black mold under the handles and in the plug an jets The window in the room was dirty. The second room they gave us to make up for the first room was nice and for the most part that we could tell was clean. They did not reimburse us for the room but gave us two 10 doller Tim Hortons cards and an apology. Overall, the people were nice and helpful, but they were lacking in cleanliness when it came to the room. I would still stay there again, but it would definitely be checking the room first

Ice machine broke, we were to get our water from bathtub spout. Staff had no time to get us water because it was change of shift. So no water. Shoppers was closed.

Clean room, enjoyed the breakfast, I would stay there again.

It was a nice one stop for a family. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast could have a few more choices.

Good hotel with a great pool. No elevators though, so while travelling with someone who struggled with stairs, and being on the 3rd floor, that made accessing different areas more difficult. Staff was great though, very friendly and helpful!

The stay was ok. I usually don’t mind Quality Inn’s and have stayed in other ones in different cities. But this location was not kept very clean, just can tell they’re not cleaning properly or getting everything wiped down in the rooms. The change rooms in the swimming pool were also filthy my husband noticed. Another issue was our card did not work to get back in our room after getting dinner and we had to keep walking back 3 times to the main desk until the staff finally came to look at it himself. We had to switch rooms which was inconvenient as we had our kids with us and unpacked everything already. The staff initially said we would need to grab all our stuff with our dinner and kids come to the front desk and get our new room key. Thank goodness my husband said no that’s not feasible for us and I asked can you call when our other room is ready but they couldn’t since their phones were down? He did then offer to come back and give us the key cards when they were ready. Just something I’ve never experienced at a hotel before. If my card wasn’t working they just give us a new one so I’m not sure why they couldn’t do that. Other than that the stay was enjoyable for my kids and it was in a central location close to many amenities!

The outside property wasn't really maintained. The breakfast was good. But I've been at this place before and you can tell it's gone a little downhill. Decent hotel, but could just use some upkeep.

Room was clean and the staff here were very friendly and helpful. price was reasonable for the amenities. Had a pool and offered breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, next time with my dogs

Aside from the restaurant only open from 4-9pm and the pool full of screaming kids, the rest was great
