Our air conditioning did not work. We asked at the desk two days in a row in the current heat wave and were told we were too sensitive. Finally day three of the room being almost 30 Celsius they came up and it wasn’t working. It worked maybe 50% of the remaining two days. Beach is the only good thing about the hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. Right on the beach. Our view was amazing. It’s an older property so expect a totally different experience compared to a modern, fancy hotel. It was a wonderful change compared to the rest of our trip. I wouldn’t do it different next time.

Very nice location with underground parking. Can walk everywhere in town. Nice breakfast. Reserve parking and a room with a view of the bay, the beach, and the island of Santa Clara, is a must!!!

Excellent location, nice hotel. Room did not have fridge or kettle which is a problem when travelling with a toddler.

Beautiful old seaside hotel. Great decor, nice restaurant and bar. Only a 15 minute walk from the center of town. Would definitely like to return.

Beautiful old hotel. Thankful for elevator but a bit noisy when sleeping. Breakfast buffet area is a bit tight and not as plentiful as other hotels. Street side rooms with ac was fabulous! Shower had mold that could be an easy clean.

Hotel Niza was a perfect location, opening onto the promenade and the street front, the restaurant had views of the bay and delicious dinners. Our room had a majestic view, linen was clean and pristine. Hotel staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
