I come here often, the place is comfortable, cool, clean, the staff are all friendly.

The bathroom facilities are poorly maintained, the water heater is unstable, sometimes hot, sometimes not, the AC sometimes leaks.

Favorite hotel since 2017, always clean and friendly service, the security is also friendly even though we ride a motorbike, sometimes there are hotels where if you ride a motorbike the security is not friendly.

Stay here many times because the location is strategic and the room price is economical. The staffs were good and friendly, the room was comfy.

Good, nice, clean, and close to any access

Overall, everything is perfect, especially the staff—from reception to security. Everyone is really friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only thing that needs more attention is the bathroom. The trash bin is rusty, the floor has started to change color, and the shower head is not very clean. However, this is only my feedback, and I still have great respect for the entire team at Fave Hotel Jababeka.

Strategic location, there's a pool, but I don't know if it's suitable for children. We didn't swim. The staff is friendly, the room has amenities, an empty kettle, and 2 glasses. There's no tea or coffee or welcome drinks like bottled mineral water. If you want a drink, fill the kettle in the hallway with a dispenser. There's a lot of food, but the taste is just so-so. I stayed here just for a layover after my trip home. So, it was really just to rest because I was tired from the trip.

Hotel staff is responsive and ready to help at any time.
