A little advice for the telephone operator who reminds you when it's time to check out, it's better to choose a more appropriate sentence, for example "just a reminder, check out time is 12, sir, ma'am, do you want to extend or something" so as not to seem like you're chasing away guests because we know the check out time is 12.
