Bad experience

There only one kitchen staff gentlaman that was nice but then again you needed to tip him every time you ask for something I think name’s Hector or Ruben .

The hotel itself is in a great location, block away from Bellas Artes, Garibaldi plaza, Zócalo is 2 blocks away. Our room and from what I saw other rooms are just 4 walls, no windows very small space, no refrigerator, no iron, and no AC. Just a good place to sleep in. We had an issue with a broken sink which was reported but yet they still charged us at check out. We will not stay here again

It seemed clean but we did find some bugs in the shower. The front desk staff was passive aggressive at check in and check out. Parking situation is misleading and inconvenient. Rooms are small and bathrooms are tiny. It was a close to OK experience, but nothing more.

The room was clean the staff were friendly and having a giant fan above the bed was terrific. The bed was quite firm, maybe too much so and the pillows were a bit hopeless but the location was great. Having a restaurant in house was helpful for early days. All in all a good stay.

Very nice and accommodating staff. I arrived a bit early and allowed me to check-in before the check-in time.

El personal de la puerta principal, el tipo rubio, era grosero y comenzó a cobrarme más tarifas después de que todo fuera pagado. El hotel es realmente más ruidoso y el exterior tiene Vagos laterales exteriores El hotel está limpio.

Clean room, good location and close to the Metro. Unfortunately people were loud and talking very late into the night and the workers making noise before 7am made for very poor sleep, not to mention the flat pillows. The restaurant was meh.

The room was great, the hotel is clean. The only thing is theres a lot of homeless outside the hotel but thats out of control of the hotel.

Location was not where indicated. It was further away from Zocalo. Informed receptionist about this in case others went through the same trouble finding the hotel and he was very rude. Also, he didn't want to take my DL because he said it's not a vadid ID in Mexico. He was asking for my passport.

El lugar solo es para dormir más no estar mucho tiempo ahí Mi cuarto olía bastante a cigarro aunque había un letrero de no fumar A diario tuve servicio de limpieza y el cuarto estaba cómodo dentro de lo que cabe En las afueras del hotel hay campamento de indigentes entonces cuidado al caminar por ahí

A bit outdated hotel but quite cheap after my stay in Puerto Vallarta. Close to everything, subway, bus, restaurants, iconic buildings of the city. There was a group of homeless people camping just next to the hotel and it felt a bit uneasy but I had no issues. The Uber can't stop in front, you need to walk to the corner but it wasn't an issue even at 3am - well lit and populated area. I would stay again for the convenience and price.

El hotel está muy cómodo y en el área muy céntrica. El staff de la recepción amable sin embargo, el room service pésimo servicio desde la llamada para ordenar el señor fue grosero y maleducado. Me dejó con un sabor agridulce.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, nice for the price, it’s close to many attractions, there are a lot of homeless around though, I understand the hotel has nothing to do with it, just be cautious when you walk around, specially at night.
