Security definitely lacks in this place. More than once we picked the key with just announcing the room number and no one ever challenged us... it means if anyone knowing this can easily walk in and go your room (ok, not so easy, as the rooms are randomly occupied, but still). Even my wife noticed this.
Shower stalls are just wide enough. If you are a big person, you will not fit through the door so loose some (a lot) weight...
Breakfast is very good with fruits, cheese, ham, etc. It's 13th floor would provide great views but unfortunately, it's surrounded by other tall buildings that obstructs most of the scenery, but it is still enjoyable.
Rooms are clean (mine was clean just fine). Not enough A/C outets for all your phones, computer and CPAP machine.. bring an extension cord and an adapter for round pins (I had them with me, crisis averted).
Parking is charged extra, however, what makes it annoying is that the hotel is on a major street so, traffic gets heavy... and the parking is very small, so you will have to park across the street. It's nice though that someone will park the car in there for you: just stop on the ramp and hand the keys inside.
And speaking of traffic, I was on 9th floor and the noise bearable with the windows closed. Lower floors will be noisier so, bring your earplugs.
Sink faucet is leaking for quite some time... in fact, for so long that the sink has a large stain.
Soap holder in the shower stall doesn't hold the soap as it is too inclined; the solution: put a piece of folded toilet paper... There is no holder where you can put your shampoo bottles ... left on the floor.
Rooms are made up regularly, be lines are clean, bathroom towels are regularly replaced.
If you don't mind the parking issue, stay there if you need a central place as it is close to several good restaurants and bars.
