I like the jr. king suite. It has everything for my stay.

My air condition did not work in my room. They gave me another room, a bigger room. It was an upgrade.

You get coffee packet for first night only, so if ur a coffee drinker, be prepared. Everything else is good!!! Food is grrreat!!! Service is great! Rooms r clean.

This hotel is fantastic really. Our room was VERY clean and comfortable. Love seat, little table, microwave, mini fridge, little sink, good hot water, king bed, a little coffee maker, TV and good a/c. It is in the perfect location close to 3 parks and restaurants all around AND the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff helped us gringos in so many ways, they are super. Good security. Nice pool. We love the place.

Clean and spacious room. We stayed for two nights and were really happy with the location. Safe and close enough to the action. Would recommend.

The menu in the restaurant was delicious, I recommend the Lima soup. The personnel is very kind.

This hotel is well located, and has on-site parking which is a rarity around there. The staff were friendly, most especially the valet who does a wonderful job and seems to genuinely enjoy doing it. Room was good. I found near the entrance had a strong perfume smell, but was fine once you got past that. Other than that, they didn't seem to do anything about people smoking right outside (ironically right in front of the no smoking signs). I found I was allergic to whatever they wash the towels in, and ended up having to use my travel towel, but I'm in no way holding it against them, that's a total niche just me problem. Despite that, I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to others, and would consider staying again.

The vertical guide bar of a Life Fitness selectorized strength machine was completely blocked in the range of motion or the access path. It's a classic case of "gym assembly" without actually testing if it can move through the intended arc. Additionally, while the hotel staff helped to arrange for a taxi to the ADO bus station, the driver quoted 100 pesos

Great location. Great buffet for breakfast. The pool was bonus during the hot days. Great service when needed.

Pros: strong WIFI, plenty of English and Espanol tv channels, hot water in shower/faucet, good size fitness centre and selections of machines/equipment, nice pool, lime/cucumber iced water for guests in lobby, super quick check out, very accommodating housekeeper, quick response to replace bathroom burnt out light bulb Cons: no refillable drinking water station but only plastic bottled water, check in before 3pm (I arrived at 2pm) not possible, got my room 25 mins after 3pm and no explanation or apology given, breakfast buffet not interesting

Good windows, kept the mosquitoes out. AC was cooling, but loud, waking the baby when it turned on. The crib was helpful for the baby too.

We originally booked a room with one bed, but upon arrival we found it was a corner room and felt dark and small, with a small bed. We chose to pay for an upgrade to a double bed room, which was much larger and brighter. The arched design feature is very interesting and adds charm to the room.

Spacious room. I book and ask for town views but the room was facing the side of the town and was covered by a big concrete wall of the same building… I asked the staff, she said it was with partial view :-(

The room was spacious but furniture was jaded. No housekeeping on one of the days even though requested. The instructions to get laundry done are not correct. There is night club or other music venue nearby which kept me awake one of the nights. It is ok but there are better places.

The room was fine; the only thing missing was a refrigerator. The staff were all nice.
