There were a lot of customers. The receptionists didn't seem to pay much attention to the customers. As for the swimming pool, the floor below the pool was stained with oil. The bathroom next to the pool wasn't very clean.

1) Nice hotel with the resort style. 2) Friendly & helpful hotel guest officer. 3) Strategic location and not busy. 4) Plenty parking space in-front of hotel. 5) Kids-friendly hotel facilities (pool, lounge and play ground).

Generally impressive The staff are all smiling. The atmosphere is just bad. At my room, the TV and telephone were broken, but I didn't inform the staff during the break. Because I was out late But was informed at the time of check-out Next time I will come again

Great room for 3 people, convenient and close to Hatyai town. A nice pool is open from 6am to 11pm. My entry arrangements are easy and book online. Plenty of parking.
