Parking was okay. The property is old, and the area isnt that great. It was easy to find. Food was OKAY, not fantastic at all. Pretty basic as far as hotels are concerned, id probably choose a more upscale hotel next time.

I’m a wheelchair 90 + solo traveler. I have been in this destination 50 times, to all the hotels. But this hotel Aranjuez is the crown jewel of this destination. It is the only one that check all the items…. Breakfast is 5 stars Staff are 5 stars Rooms 5 stars Parking 5 stars Restaurant 5 stars…

Clean room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the lukewarm water in shower BUT I learned that if I had let the water run for 30 minutes, it would have gotten warm. That would have been nice to know before I took that lukewarm shower.

Excellent food!! Very good bar!! The room was pretty warm when we first entered The A/C only works in you have a room key inserted in the A/C relay. Had to wait a long time for the shower water to get hot, but it did get there. Service people were helpful, efficient and friendly. Will do anything to make your stay remarkable.
