The other rooms were very loud and we called and complained and nothing was done about it. The breakfast did not have a good juice variety. Room service was very slow

In an odd location. Pet friendly, but no grass to be found. The rooms are basic, but spacious and clean. The hotel is clean and airy, and the pool area is fantastic.

The staff is friendly. The room was clean. Just because we travel with pets does not mean you have to give us at the very end of a corridor in a dilapitaded room with a broken sink wand old spring mattresses. At least the pet.dee.qas.dexent at 250 pesos. Sigh

Estuve el año pasado en noviembre tambien y este año también en noviembre, las dos veces la piscina no estuvo en funcionamiento. Las ultimas veces que vinimos estuvo muy bueno que la ducha tenia potencia para bañarme pero esta vez en la habitacion 139 estuvo muy debil el caudal de agua en la ducha.
Y la habitacion olia muy feo. No se cual sea el motivo pero olia muy feo.
