The room is small, but the breakfast food is varied and delicious.

The service was prompt, initially asking for a room nearby and they found it, even though it was high season and all the rooms were full. Thanks, Amaris Malang.

The restaurant's breakfast utensils were still stained, especially on the coffee cups. I also had an unpleasant experience upon checking out and moving to another hotel. A car parked directly in front of the hotel had a severely deflated tire on the left side. At first, we thought it had hit a nail, but after taking it to a tire repair shop, our tire was fine, neither punctured nor nailed. The security guard, who saw us confused by the flat tire, also seemed indifferent.

The staff was very helpful, especially the FO lady who wears glasses (sorry, I forgot her name). But when I used her to print some color documents, she didn't mind at all and didn't charge me even though I wanted to pay. My room included breakfast, but since I never eat breakfast, I didn't try it.

The staff wasn't responsive enough to the noisy guests, which disturbed other guests. At night, between 9 and 10 PM, it was still noisy, with other guests shouting, running around, and even playing basketball and table tennis. I thought we'd booked the wrong hotel, so we looked for a playground. But there were none. The worst part was, when I called reception, they knew someone was playing, but there was no space or arena to accommodate it. It was quite confusing. The staff probably only reprimanded me after I called. At 5:30 AM, they were already noisy, shouting, running around, and so on. But surprisingly, there was no reprimand from the staff. In other hotels, staff should have responded quickly before guests could complain or feel disturbed. Anw, I brought small children and stayed here for days. It was a truly bad experience for a family stay.

The hotel was quite nice and clean. Suitable for business trips. The bathroom faucet knobs were starting to wear out, and it was time to replace them.

Check-in is by the hour, so waiting in front of the hotel can be a bit long. The hotel is clean, but if possible, the beds should not have mirrors. Sleeping facing a mirror is best avoided.

No medication was needed during our stay at Amaris Malang. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Continued success, Hotel Amaris.

The hotel staff is friendly, and most importantly, there are dispensers in every hallway, so there is no confusion about drinking water.

The mattress was a bit hard so it made sleeping uncomfortable and there were broken glass pieces in the mattress.
