My family stayed in the basement family room, everything was great. Will book a room here again next time.

Everything was fine except the room lights weren't bright enough! The yellow light was dim, and the room only had a fan, no air conditioning, and it was in the basement. If I didn't open the window, it was a bit stuffy and hot.

Great location with a breathtaking view of the lake. Very calming and peaceful!

Check in was very bad, the bathroom had a water leak from the bathroom out of the room

The bedroom is beautiful, comfortable and convenient.

The view is very nice with delicious food. However, the room is not soundproof. It was around 10pm and it was time to sleep. The sound of people coming and going from other rooms opening and closing the door or outside the restaurant echoed clearly. The toilet had poor drainage, the floor was always wet.

The two doors at both ends of the hallway were always closed, causing a stuffy, stuffy atmosphere. In addition, the exhaust fan was not turned on. The fan had to be turned on at night in the room even though the windows were open and the outside temperature was 16-17 degrees.

Beautiful resort with good room (soundproof is not very good though) and staffs. The most significant setback is the food. Morning buffet has a good variation of dishes but each dish is mediocre.

The resort has a very beautiful and poetic campus in the middle of the pine forest. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, clean, but the furniture is a bit old. The breakfast buffet is okay, just enough basic dishes but not very diverse. The evening is very quiet and sad. Suitable for those who need a gentle vacation.

Clean and airy room. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The downside is weak wifi and lack of some personal items such as shaving cream.

The hotel that hosted the company event was very noisy. It was past 9pm and the music was still playing loudly. Very disappointed with Terra cotta's service this time.

The event was as loud as a music festival. If it was organized like that, it should have been noted so that people who booked rooms would know to consider their options.

I ordered a double bed but when I received it, it was two beds. When I slept, the power outlet was right above my head, inconvenient.

All services are quite good, just the road to the resort is not very good!

Great for you, Duong, at the reception desk, who bought a bottle of 502 glue to glue your shoes instead of dragging your bare feet out to the center of Da Lat. What kind of resort is this? Borrowing a bottle of 502 glue is harder than going to heaven.

Suitable for a quiet vacation because the space is close to nature, but it will be a bit boring for those who like hustle and bustle. The hotel is about 10km from the center, but I went by car so it was not too inconvenient. The day I went, there were many Korean guests. Breakfast was normal.

They were doing maintenance work at 8am in the morning but other than that everything was perfect.
