Everything about this trip was fantastic and much better than expected. The Staff, the food, the room, the cleanliness of the animals living quarters, and all the animal's conditions was great. Wish I lived in Canberra so I could visit on a regular basis. Best birthday ever!

Great staff and great experience. Would be good if the morning safari tour was later so the animals are out. Loved having dinner with the white lion.

Total experience was excellent

Our stay was really lovely, staff were great, animals appeared well cared for, food was very nice. No complaints, yes costs alot but animals have to be fed.

An exceptionally unique experience.

OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx

Had an amazing time lots of great food and spent lots of time with animals

This is a 'must do'! From arrival to departure it could not be faulted. The zoo is super - lots of activities for kids without having to be looking at animals all the time, plenty of places to sit and enjoy your own snacks without having to purchase everything. And the accommodation is next level...rooms are large and beautifully presented, meals were superb and service was exceptional. Absolutely 5 stars!!

I was told I there were 2 double beds in our room when I phone before I booked. On arrival there was a a king bed & a roll away bed which they set up while we were having dinner. Other that that everything else was sensational.

Very special stay inside of zoo. Service is superb. Unforgettable!

JAMALA what a place, everyone and everything was excellent,the food was delicious and plenty of it,all the staff were amazing couldn't do enough to help you.We will definitely go back and everyone,do your self a favour and do this, it's an experience of a lifetime.

Such pleasure and felt so welcomed at this unique Zoo. I appreciate every moment and hope they are all proud to be part of an amazing team as their service and enthusiasm really shone through
