My room was very clean, even changed bedding every day which I said wasn't necessary, I think this is over & above, making a lot of work for housekeeping! Shower room small but immaculate.No biscuits on the tea tray which are normally provided. It was very peaceful & airy, never heard any sounds from other guests or the road but I was on the top floor, 33 stairs to my room which was fine but worth noting. The staff were lovely & helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice & though there was a menu it seemed very adaptable to requests. The parking was good but didn't use the car as buses to Lytham or Blackpool were frequent & stopped nearby. There are lots of eateries in St Anne's & Lytham is awash with cafés & restaurants, many open late. A very comfortable cinema is only 5 minutes walk on the seafront. I would certainly stay again, it's a beautiful area, very safe & the hotel had a comfortable friendly atmosphere.

Bed need a up grade can till it’s old mattress very uncomfortable breakfast ok but you could till they use cheap products which I understand but if pay premium rate you want premium food.

Enchanting décor & reception. Allowed on car park early which was a bonus. Lovely comfy room- clean bathroom. Breakfast top quality. Staff very amiable & helpful. Would highly recommend & look forward to staying again. Only 3 or 4 minutes walk to shops & beach.Could not fault so congratulations to owners & staff.👏👏

A lovely relaxing stay, with pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. The room was elegant and the bed very comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very enjoyable. We travelled with our retired greyhound Towser and the staff were very accommodating to him also.

Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham.

The rooms were clean tea and coffee making facilities, the shower wasn't very powerful but was adequate, close to seafront and the shops, about a 10 min walk to the train station. The breakfast was lovely, full english, cereals and fresh fruit and toast and tea and coffee.

Parking tight but good to have for convenience. Used 2 rooms. Tastefully decorated. Mire oldy world charm. Clean and warm. One had a small balcony. Nice for better weather. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Only stayed one night. Was nice to relax in the sitting room at the end of the day. Comfy chairs. Just a small nighle. Would like to have had options of decaf coffee and hot chocolate with a couple of biscuits. I did get decaff when i asked. Not a problem. All in all a very good experience and in walking distance of amenities.

Brilliant staff. Clean place, excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our time there. It’s only vey dated property with small rooms. Overall great place and definitely recommend this place.

I had booked the wrong date of my stay, but was made to feel welcome and luckily could accommodate us that night instead. The room was clean, spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The parking although small was available. The breakfast was fantastic such a great choice and lovely cooked food, and prompt service. Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants- will definitely be back thank you.
