It was late at night when we needed to rest, but the receptionist was incredibly rude and unfriendly. There was a problem with the room key and the order, but she scolded us back, as if she didn't want to take care of it. I recommend re-evaluating the situation to retain someone who is clearly incompetent to handle customer service at the front desk. Bad experience.

Good service. Please pay attention to the bathroom. When you turn on the shower, the shower toggle button is stiff and wants to come off. Regular maintenance is needed. Overall, I'm satisfied. Great.
